About Reddit
Reddit operates one of the largest community-driven discussion platforms on the internet, organized into more than 100,000 active subreddits where users post, comment, and vote on content. Founded in 2005 by Steve Huffman and Alexis Ohanian and headquartered in San Francisco, Reddit went public on the NYSE in March 2024 and earns revenue primarily from advertising, alongside a fast-growing business licensing its conversational data to AI developers. It joined the S&P 500 on August 18, 2026, taking the seat opened by the Equity Residential–AvalonBay merger.
About the Reddit logo
The Reddit (RDDT) logo is part of the Tickericons pack — a hand-crafted set of logos for every company in the S&P 500. Each logo is manually redrawn to a consistent grid, weight, and corner radius so RDDT sits cleanly next to other tickers in cap tables, dashboards, equity research, and fintech UI.
You get two styles: the trademark (just the symbol, ideal for grids and tight UI) and the full logo (mark plus wordmark, ideal when there's room to breathe). Both ship as scalable SVG, high-resolution PNG, and reusable Figma components.
Reddit was added to the S&P 500 on Aug 18, 2026 and is currently classified under the Communication Services sector.
