About Ferguson Enterprises
Ferguson Enterprises is the largest distributor of plumbing, HVAC, waterworks, and building products in North America, supplying trade contractors, homebuilders, industrial customers, and municipalities through a network of roughly 1,800 branches and distribution centers. Founded in 1953 in Newport News, Virginia, and for decades the U.S. arm of the UK-listed Wolseley group, Ferguson moved its primary listing to the NYSE in 2022 and redomiciled to the United States in 2024. It joined the S&P 500 on August 5, 2026, replacing Electronic Arts.
About the Ferguson Enterprises logo
The Ferguson Enterprises (FERG) logo is part of the Tickericons pack — a hand-crafted set of logos for every company in the S&P 500. Each logo is manually redrawn to a consistent grid, weight, and corner radius so FERG sits cleanly next to other tickers in cap tables, dashboards, equity research, and fintech UI.
You get two styles: the trademark (just the symbol, ideal for grids and tight UI) and the full logo (mark plus wordmark, ideal when there's room to breathe). Both ship as scalable SVG, high-resolution PNG, and reusable Figma components.
Ferguson Enterprises was added to the S&P 500 on Aug 5, 2026 and is currently classified under the Industrials sector.
