About Howmet Aerospace
Howmet Aerospace is one of the largest U.S. aerospace components manufacturers, specializing in engineered aerospace structures, fasteners, and turbine engine components. Spun off from Arconic in 2020 (which itself was earlier separated from Alcoa), the company's products include forged aluminum wheels for commercial vehicles, titanium and nickel-based superalloy aerospace components, and fastening systems for aircraft assembly. Headquartered in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Howmet supplies major OEM customers including Boeing, Airbus, GE Aerospace, Pratt & Whitney, and Rolls-Royce.
About the Howmet Aerospace logo
The Howmet Aerospace (HWM) logo is part of the Tickericons pack — a hand-crafted set of logos for every company in the S&P 500. Each logo is manually redrawn to a consistent grid, weight, and corner radius so HWM sits cleanly next to other tickers in cap tables, dashboards, equity research, and fintech UI.
You get two styles: the trademark (just the symbol, ideal for grids and tight UI) and the full logo (mark plus wordmark, ideal when there's room to breathe). Both ship as scalable SVG, high-resolution PNG, and reusable Figma components.
Howmet Aerospace was added to the S&P 500 on Oct 21, 2016 and is currently classified under the Industrials sector.
