Its pharma franchises include leading drugs in oncology (Darzalex, Carvykti), immunology (Stelara, Tremfya), neuroscience (Spravato), and infectious disease. The medical devices arm makes surgical instruments, orthopaedic implants, contact lenses (Acuvue), and a growing surgical-robotics platform (Ottava). J&J spun off its consumer brands — Tylenol, Band-Aid, Listerine, Neutrogena, Aveeno — into a separate public company called Kenvue in 2023.
