About Simon Property Group
Simon Property Group is the largest U.S. shopping mall and retail real estate investment trust (REIT), owning iconic destinations including The Forum Shops at Caesars, King of Prussia, The Galleria in Houston, Roosevelt Field, Woodbury Common Premium Outlets, and Sawgrass Mills. Headquartered in Indianapolis and founded in 1960, the company owns or has an interest in roughly 230 properties across North America, Europe, and Asia. Simon has navigated the e-commerce era through a focus on premium, high-foot-traffic centers, outlet shopping, and investments in brand operators including JCPenney, Forever 21, and Brooks Brothers. The company also owns a stake in Klépierre, one of the largest European retail-real-estate operators.
About the Simon Property Group logo
The Simon Property Group (SPG) logo is part of the Tickericons pack — a hand-crafted set of logos for every company in the S&P 500. Each logo is manually redrawn to a consistent grid, weight, and corner radius so SPG sits cleanly next to other tickers in cap tables, dashboards, equity research, and fintech UI.
You get two styles: the trademark (just the symbol, ideal for grids and tight UI) and the full logo (mark plus wordmark, ideal when there's room to breathe). Both ship as scalable SVG, high-resolution PNG, and reusable Figma components.
Simon Property Group was added to the S&P 500 on Jun 26, 2002 and is currently classified under the Real Estate sector.
