About Nucor Corporation
Nucor Corporation is the largest U.S. steel producer by capacity and one of the largest in North America, with operations across steel mills (electric arc furnace mini-mills), steel products (joists, decking, structural components, fastener products), and raw materials (recycled scrap through The David J. Joseph Company). Headquartered in Charlotte, North Carolina, the company pioneered the U.S. EAF steelmaking model that uses recycled scrap and direct-reduced iron rather than integrated blast furnaces. Nucor has steadily diversified into higher-value-add downstream products.
About the Nucor Corporation logo
The Nucor Corporation (NUE) logo is part of the Tickericons pack — a hand-crafted set of logos for every company in the S&P 500. Each logo is manually redrawn to a consistent grid, weight, and corner radius so NUE sits cleanly next to other tickers in cap tables, dashboards, equity research, and fintech UI.
You get two styles: the trademark (just the symbol, ideal for grids and tight UI) and the full logo (mark plus wordmark, ideal when there's room to breathe). Both ship as scalable SVG, high-resolution PNG, and reusable Figma components.
Nucor Corporation was added to the S&P 500 on Apr 30, 1985 and is currently classified under the Materials sector.
