About DoorDash
DoorDash is the largest food delivery platform in the United States and a leading player in international convenience and grocery delivery. Founded in 2013 by Tony Xu, Andy Fang, Stanley Tang, and Evan Moore at Stanford University and headquartered in San Francisco, the company has expanded beyond restaurant delivery into convenience, grocery (DoorDash with retailers like Walgreens, Walmart, Aldi), alcohol, and retail delivery. DashPass is its subscription program offering reduced fees on orders. DoorDash also operates Wolt in Europe and the Middle East after acquiring the Finnish company in 2022, and it was added to the S&P 500 in 2025.
About the DoorDash logo
The DoorDash (DASH) logo is part of the Tickericons pack — a hand-crafted set of logos for every company in the S&P 500. Each logo is manually redrawn to a consistent grid, weight, and corner radius so DASH sits cleanly next to other tickers in cap tables, dashboards, equity research, and fintech UI.
You get two styles: the trademark (just the symbol, ideal for grids and tight UI) and the full logo (mark plus wordmark, ideal when there's room to breathe). Both ship as scalable SVG, high-resolution PNG, and reusable Figma components.
DoorDash was added to the S&P 500 on Mar 24, 2025 and is currently classified under the Consumer Discretionary sector.
