About Marriott International
Marriott International is the largest hotel company in the world, with more than 9,200 properties across 30+ brands ranging from luxury (Ritz-Carlton, St. Regis, JW Marriott, EDITION, Bvlgari Hotels) to premium (Marriott, Sheraton, Westin) and select-service (Courtyard, Residence Inn, Fairfield, Moxy). Headquartered in Bethesda, Maryland, the company merged with Starwood in 2016 in the largest hotel deal in history. Marriott Bonvoy is one of the largest hotel loyalty programs in the world with more than 230 million members and significant co-brand credit card partnerships with American Express and JPMorgan Chase. The company operates an asset-light model focused on management and franchise fees rather than owning real estate.
About the Marriott International logo
The Marriott International (MAR) logo is part of the Tickericons pack — a hand-crafted set of logos for every company in the S&P 500. Each logo is manually redrawn to a consistent grid, weight, and corner radius so MAR sits cleanly next to other tickers in cap tables, dashboards, equity research, and fintech UI.
You get two styles: the trademark (just the symbol, ideal for grids and tight UI) and the full logo (mark plus wordmark, ideal when there's room to breathe). Both ship as scalable SVG, high-resolution PNG, and reusable Figma components.
Marriott International was added to the S&P 500 on May 29, 1998 and is currently classified under the Consumer Discretionary sector.
